CozyWork is designed to collect as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and nothing to log in to. This page explains the small amount of data that is collected, why, and what your choices are.
CozyWork ("we", "us") operates the website at cozy-work.com. We are based in the United Kingdom. For anything relating to this policy you can contact us at hello@cozy-work.com.
Nothing personal. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the site. There are no user accounts.
The only thing the site itself stores is a small preference record in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) under the key cozywork_radio. It remembers which music station you had on, the volume, and roughly where in the track you were, so the music can carry on when you move between the room and the Brain Games page. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
If you email us, we'll keep your message so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to any mailing list.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate, for example how many people visit, which pages are popular, and which activities in the room get used. This helps us decide what to improve.
Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish returning visitors. It collects information such as your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not store), device and browser type, and the pages you visit. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.
CozyWork is free to use and is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before advertising cookies are set. For more information see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like almost every web host, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested, browser type) for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold is any email you've sent us, so just ask and we'll delete it.
CozyWork is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
