We're a small team, so we can't promise an instant reply, but we do read every message and we aim to respond within a few days.
What to get in touch about
- Something's broken. If a button doesn't work, a video won't load, or the music cuts out, tell us what happened and which browser you were using. A screenshot helps enormously.
- You've got an idea. A station you'd like on the radio, a game you'd like to see, a feature that would make the room more useful to you. We keep a list.
- You just like it. Honestly, those emails make our week.
- Privacy or legal questions. Anything about how the site handles data, cookies or advertising: see our privacy policy first, and email us if you still have questions.
A note on advertising
CozyWork is free to use and supported by advertising. If you're interested in advertising on the site, or you have a concern about an ad you've seen, please email us with the details and we'll look into it.
Before you write: if you're reporting a problem, the most useful things to include are what you clicked, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and your browser and device. That usually lets us fix things first time.
