CozyWork is a small, cosy virtual cabin you can keep open while you work. It puts the things that help you focus, and the things that help you rest, in one warm little room.
Open the room and you'll find a pixel-art A-frame cabin in a forest clearing, with a desk, a record player, a comfy corner and a window looking out at the trees. Your avatar wanders over to whatever you click. Each object in the room is a different tool:
Working from home, or from a laptop in a café, or a spare bedroom, or a corner of the kitchen table, can be strangely lonely and strangely draining at the same time. There's no natural rhythm to the day. No one nudges you to take a break, and no one notices when you've been staring at the same paragraph for forty minutes.
Most productivity apps respond to this by adding more: more dashboards, more notifications, more things to track. CozyWork goes the other way. It's deliberately small. The whole thing fits in one room. There is nothing to configure, no account to create, and nothing to keep up with.
The idea is simple: a good work session is made of focused stretches and real breaks. The timer handles the focus. The stretches, breathing, window and games handle the breaks. The music ties it together. And the room itself, with its warm light and the little avatar padding across the floor, makes the whole thing feel a bit more like a place and a bit less like a to-do list.
That's it. Keep the tab open, and let the room set the pace.
CozyWork is an independent project, built and run by a small team in the UK who spend far too much time at their desks. We don't sell anything, we don't require sign-ups, and we don't collect personal information about you. The site is supported by advertising so it can stay free to use.
